Sedge pupa.
When Gink floatant arrived on the UK stillwater scene it completely changed the dry fly approach and made the stillwater dryfly a serious tactic. This was actually my first "stillwater dry". I don't fish it dry anymore; instead choosing to pull it around sedge time. It's a bit like an Amber Nymph, only sexier. Sinks deeper than the Invicta, which can be an important consideration.
I have tried leaded versions on rivers but they just don't work for me.
